Erin serves as Director of Strategy. Before joining the Lenox Consulting Team, she served as Chief of Staff to Senator Richard J. Codey, former Governor of New Jersey. Her work covered all aspects of legislation, especially before the Environment and Energy and Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens Committees on which the Senator sits.

Erin previously served as Community Relations and Political Action Committee Coordinator for the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 825. Prior to this role, Erin was an aide to Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr. In addition to her governmental post, Erin also served as Campaign Manager for his re-election and has worked on countless campaigns in various capacities.

Erin is a founding Board member of Irish Network’s NJ Chapter and was named the 2016 Irish American Youth Ambassador by the Irish Echo. She is a member of the non-partisan Women’s Political Caucus and has been honored for her dedication to NJ’s Labor community. She was an elected delegate to the 2012 Democratic National Convention. She earned a BA in English with a journalism concentration from Montclair State University. A lifelong New Jersey girl, Erin currently lives in Madison
